explanation by Leon:
the first stanza tells about the imperfection of the seniors (no offense!) but still they were strong enough to bring us through the hard times
as she (cally) was strong as mentioned earlier, she was given a role (president, ahem..ex-) and she carried out her responsibility with 2 reasons, 1 for the title and another reasons was because she wanted to (I mean serving the Lord n not for the personal gain or so so)

the second stanza tells that her time n the seniors is now over but do remember our misses and bows, which means that we do respect you and appreciate your doings. Your doings had left an enormous impact on us that it is hard to forget. Basically, this stanza tells about our appreciation.

the third stanza tells cally and the other seniors that this day (MP) is yours and you should enjoy as you wish and do things as you wish. The second line is suppose to indicate them that we allow them to cry in front of us. Why? cause mp only once mar...

This week, we Cleaned-up our CU room. All who came were committees (Thanks 4 coming!!!) Members dont like cleaning-up kut... ><

Hey!! I just can't bear to see this blog dead...gotta resurrect this blog man..

Yes yes, I have finally pushed CU to the next batch...muahahahah..I'm free! yeah, but no doubt it's a mixture of feelings. So much that I've learnt, and how God amazingly gave me the strength to pull everything thru & the ppl i met in CU..

okok..don't wanna go emo..just wanna say...(snif, snif)..I will heart & love CU to the very bits...and pieces...though my hands won't be upon CU but my prayers for CU will always remain. I know this post isn't funky or fancy, but i hope u guys will read k, i hardly post here ok..(coz it's not my job?) but anyway, this may be my last post here...
And yeah...to the new committees...!! MAKE SURE the MP (majlis perpisahan) is gonna be a BLassstTT ok??? heard that? A...bLLaSSTTT..with lotsa foodsss, gamessss, goodiess.........yeah yeah, must give pressure a bit...

Before i end, just wanna let u guys know that i may come back to CU in future, (yeah lah I can't let go of CU easily)...just to do some things with you guys, yeah i plan d..haha..(fast huh?) anyway...once again, someone pls resurrect this blog..put more pics..pics of rally?CU camp?AGM?Fri activity?and most importantly...my FACE??! but pls don't do it like obituary k..ha! jkjk

God's Love

What is it about true love that touches every heart? Why does the simple phrase "I love you" evoke such universal joy?

Men give various reasons, but the real reason is that every person who comes to earth is a spirit son or daughter of God. Since all love emanates from God, we are born with the capacity and the desire to love and to be loved. One of the strongest connections we have with our premortal life is how much our Father and Jesus loved us and how much we loved them. Even though a veil was drawn over our memory, whenever we sense true love, it awakens a longing that cannot be denied.

Responding to true love is part of our very being. We innately desire to reconnect here with the love we felt there. Only as we feel God's love and fill our hearts with His love can we be truly happy.

God's love fills the immensity of space; therefore, there is no shortage of love in the universe, only in our willingness to do what is needed to feel it. To do this, Jesus explained we must "love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, . . . soul, . . . strength, and . . . mind; and thy neighbour as thyself" (

Luke 10:27).

The more we obey God, the more we desire to help others. The more we help others, the more we love God and on and on. Conversely, the more we disobey God and the more selfish we are, the less love we feel.
When filled with God's love, we can do and see and understand things that we could not otherwise do or see or understand. Filled with His love, we can endure pain, quell fear, forgive freely, avoid contention, renew strength, and bless and help others in ways surprising even to us.

Jesus Christ was filled with unfathomable love as He endured incomprehensible pain, cruelty, and injustice for us. Through His love for us, He rose above otherwise insurmountable barriers. His love knows no barriers. He invites us to follow Him and partake of His unlimited love so we too may rise above the pain and cruelty and injustice of this world and help and forgive and bless.

~Operation Fisher(of)Men~

Kwang Hua going to have CARNIVAL??? Woah dats a first time! So exited! Well all the clubs gotta do their own stall thingy, so CU decided that we're going to do some games! After our lil meeting we decided that we would come up with 3 games: Dunker, Penalty Kick, and ofcourse....Fisher(of)Men.

What fishermen? Oh no la... not going to Pulau Ketam to catch fish... well heres what we're gonna do:

1) We have a tub with around THREE HUNDRED or so fish. (yes they are alive, as in, not plastic la..)

2) We give you a net, made of TISSUE PAPER.

3) NOW CATCH THE FISH BEFORE THE NET BREAKS!

Simple? Well not as easy as it sounds... well 1st we gotta plan the game and get our paper nets ready for the big day. As any science student will tell you, the best way to do somehting is:

1) Problem statement: Can a tissue paper net last long in water??? can it catch any fish???

2) Aim: To determine if a tissue paper net can catch any fish.

3) Hypothesis: The nets made by GuitarGid ARE HIGH QUALITY AND WILL NOT BREAK!

4) Variables: manipulated: different materials for tissue paper net (celephone tape or gum)
responding : which net breaks first
fixed : GuitarGid's pro fishing skill~

5) Aparatus: home made tissue paper net, GuitarGid's hand


6) Materials: wires, celo tape, gums, plyers, victims (a.k.a fish)

Now time to look for my victims...hehe....

Well, at least it works anyway.. or are my fish just too friendly with me... duno la, only time will tell :)

CHRISTIAN YOUTH EXTREMIST STRIKE ON KWANGHUA!!!

18th January 2008, Kwang Hua Christian Union room...

GLAD TO CU!!!

and other words of welcome were barely audiable as a crowd of FORM 1 and FORM 2 came flooding through that tiny door of Kwang Hua's Christian Union room that early afternoon!

Picture edvidence shows the fellow students eager and getting hysterical about starting the day's worship.......


Leonard, a lead Christian Youth Extremist, insisted on the stop that the worship begin soon or he would destroy the room with his super, amazing, faster-than-the-speed-of-light Chinese Yoyo skills!

Alarmed by his threats, both Presidents (Miss Cally and Miss Kimberly) had to make an emergency call for back up security guards to control the situation!!!

But the security guards were busy spending their DUIT KOPI at a local 'mamak' shop....haiz....

The situation intensified as the youth extremists gathered their shoes and threatened to throw the shoes in if the worship session did not begin!!!

The worship session finally begins... the crowd settles down....

The crowd is pleased.... Leonard shows us some amazing guitar skills~!

Inspired, Grace and Cheryl decide to join in!

20 mins later the angry crowd of Christian Youth Extremists finally decide to stop their attack on the Kwang Hua CU room... unfortunately, the cameraman was injured while protecting his Nikon X/X 3000 (which could take VERYVERY clear pictures) and could not take anymore pictures.
