OK, if you came to Friday's activity you will know that Joyce asked us to memorise 2 verses from the bible. And at the next activity whoever that can memorise the verses will get a special secret treat...*wink wink*

The 1st verse is the theme for our CU this year, it's taken from Matthew 5:14-16. (It's on the banner at top)
 

14"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. 15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.

Matthew 5:14-16

The 2nd verse is this week's memory verse, from the book of 1st John.

18Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.

1st John 3:18

So Let us B.O.B for Jesus in our daily lives by our actions and the way we behave.

Hmm.. For those people who worry that he or she may FAIL in Bible Quiz, I just want to tell you DON'T WORRY because God said "Don't worry for things will happen tomorrow & Leave all your worriesssssssssss to Him because He CARES FOR YOU!" That's right, HE CARES FOR YOU!

Just try you best and let God do the rest, but for sure, you got to study on your own too! ^^'
